If it should happen that your postal delivery person plays a nasty joke on you by leaving your just purchased Amplifier under your cars tire and you run over it, we'll replace it for free (usually within 48 hours via FedEx).
Say you go for a swim and forget to take off your Plantronics headset, it'll most likely be ruined, but no worries because, we'll replace it.
